Asten – 2020-heden
On the edge of the village of Asten, opposite the Museum Peel and Clock, stands a disused farm. In order to prevent undesired use, possibilities for redevelopment of this so-called VAB location (Vacant Agricultural Business location) has been sought. Commissioned by a local project developer, an urban plan has been drawn up for new-build homes on the site of the current vacant stables and former company home. The planning process is ongoing.
