Oirschot – 2016-2019
On a site on the outskirts of the town of Oirschot a large glasshouse company producing tomatoes was located. P15 was commissioned by the owner and a project developer to draw up a development plan for housing to replace the glasshouses. To seamlessly integrate the new housing in existing spatial structures a dead-end road was extended as the backbone of the new housing area. In total 6 large new houses have been built. P15 was responsible for the design plan as well as the spatial substantiation and quality plan as part of the planning process. Also, planting plans were made for the public spaces within the plan.
