Nieuwvliet-Bad – 2010-2013
In a polder in Zeelandic Flanders P15 has drawn a parcellation plan for a new holiday park adjacent to two existing holiday parks and a camping site. A plan with themed clusters of holiday houses set in orchards on either side of an artificial lake (reminiscent of the tidal inlet that once flowed here). Following on from this P15 was asked to advise on the planting of the holiday park with the specific challenges of the coastal position and on the upkeep op the terrain targeted at experiencing nature and the changing seasons.
